We are looking for a passionate and experienced Windows WPF Developer to help us modernize and evolve our large-scale desktop application. With 5+ years of experience under your belt, you know what it takes to build reliable, well-architected software—and you’re excited about bringing legacy systems into the future.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building the tools that empower field service technicians around the world—from repairing wind turbines to maintaining industrial cooling systems and household appliances. Our app is their digital companion in the field, helping them get the job done efficiently, online or offline.
We’re looking for someone who is result-oriented, deeply curious about technology, and eager to collaborate in a team of experienced engineers. Clean architecture, maintainability, and a passion for good UX are part of your DNA.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain WPF applications using C# and .NET (including .NET Core / .NET 8) Refactor and modernize existing code as part of our platform evolution Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver impactful features Ensure code quality through unit tests, peer reviews, and CI/CD integration Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and ensure a smooth user experience Stay informed about the latest in Windows desktop development
What you will bring:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop application development Strong skills in C#, .NET, WPF, MVVM, and XAML Familiarity with REST APIs, async/await, dependency injection, and Git Experience with unit testing (MSTest, NUnit, or XUnit) A collaborative attitude and clear communication skills A keen eye for detail and a mindset focused on maintainable, scalable code
Nice to have:
Experience with WinUI and Windows App SDK Familiarity with third-party libraries like Telerik or DevExpress Knowledge of MSIX packaging and Windows Store deployment Exposure to JavaScript or cross-platform mobile development
