Senior Wealth Underwriter
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking for a Senior Wealth Underwriter. **In this role, you will:** + Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to Wealth Underwriting + Review, analyze, and evaluate borrower financial data for moderately complex high-net-worth loans to determine credit worthiness and monitor existing portfolio to identify issues that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors; present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations + Independently resolve moderately complex business, operational, or technical issues and lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Wealth Underwriting functional area policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements + Develop solid understanding of Home Lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements for Wealth Investment Management client mortgages as needed + Collaborate and consult with Wealth Underwriting peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals; serve as a mentor for lower level staff + Provide input to assist leaders with credit risk management decisions to ensure satisfactory credit portfolio risk examinations **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Wealth Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Posting End Date:** 29 Sep 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
