Job Description:

Primary areas of focus include support for a full-service brokerage offering to including but not limited to Fixed Income, Structured Products, ETF, Equity, and Options. The Senior Product Manager will oversee and be responsible for the risk and quality management of TD's transactional platform(s) and solutions. 

The Senior Product Manager, US Wealth oversees the end-to-end management of assigned products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the firms profit and loss objectives. The Product Manager manages a particular product or function supporting in the achievement of a business strategy. This role acts as a source for innovation led through customer insights and creating a better customer experience with a particular product. The role is accountable for business results and product sales, working with distribution teams to ensure revenue and volume targets are met.is expected to support the development and execution for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to the ongoing development and support of the Transactional Investment platform and solutions.

•Understanding the transactional brokerage platforms and all transactional brokerage products in competitive landscape to position TD in the most competitive way within TDs risk appetite. Subject matter expertise in full-service brokerage offering with depth in Structured Products, fixed income, equity, and options markets, including trading pricing.•Responsible for day-to-day management of Transactional Investment•Responsible for establishing and updating trading rules and parameters

Subject Matter Expert with substantial knowledge/expertise in Wealth Management product offerings and platform designResponsible for day-to-day product management and product development with mass or niche product/segment suite and moderate/high level of complexity with range of complex attributesResponsible for platform risk management, creating and updating policies, procedures, and product documentation as needed due to internal changes or regulatory updates and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.  Supports management with business analysis for all projects or enhancementsLiaises with vendors to coordinate platform change management and solution enhancementCollaborates with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as operations, technology, design, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, and relevant departmentsProvides subject matter expertise for internal and external audits and regulatory examsManages 3rd Party platform vendors and partners to ensure risk and quality management of platforms and offeringHandles daily product management and product development responsibilities to make assigned products and programs robust and easier for the Advisors to utilizeProvides holistic solutions that brings together the firm's product shelf to meet the needs of clientsTranslates data into actionable insights and recommendations that can improve the products features, functionality, usability, pricing, and value propositionPerforms financial analysis and revenue managementGathers, analyzes, and interprets trends with data to answer critical business and product questionsRecommends and drives action to improve revenue and/or expense managementChampions the development of the annual business plan and monthly/quarterly forecast processSupports and resolves sales team day to day questions and issuesSupports training efforts on new system/solution rolloutWorks closely with marketing teams to develop and/or refine value propositions and competitive positioning for key solutionsDelivers financial results for the product/product suite via operation of all available levers: pricing, margin, volume etc., creates and delivers business cases to achieve strategic business results (acquisition, retention, customer experience, engagement and market share)

Education & Experience:
