How You’ll Make an Impact   

Operate material handling equipment to load and unload pallets, cartons and daily operational materialsReceive and validate inventory against shipping documents while updating Spectrum inventory systems to ensure accuracyStock, store and secure all inventory in designated locations, communicating shortages or damages to managementProcess orders, returns and material stock requests using Spectrum’s inventory and billing systemsCoordinate deliveries to retail stores, off-site warehouses and other Spectrum locations as neededLead and participate in daily, monthly and annual inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and recommending improvementsMaintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment while providing excellent internal and external customer service

Required Qualifications   

Education  

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Experience   

3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to communicate effectively and prioritize workloadsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to maintain accurate recordsAbility to operate and maintain certification for material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksAbility to work independently and demonstrate self-motivationAbility to operate company vehicles measuring 24 feet or greater in lengthProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bar coding equipmentKnowledge of basic mathematicsIn-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, methods and proceduresValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record meeting Spectrum and State DOT standardsAbility to bend/squat/kneelAbility to repetitively lift, carry, push and pull up to 80 lbsAbility to safely use weight-bearing equipment (such as safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment
