As a Senior Warehouse Manager you will manage the daily operations of multiple warehouses within the division and across multiple states.

**Salary Range: $102,000 - $120,000 per year

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm, additional days and hours may be required

 Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse operations within the division and across multiple statesManage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, receiving, and customer serviceEnsure supplies are properly managed utilizing the Oracle -Peoplesoft and Cerner systems, cycle counts inventory turns, replenishment, bench stock
adjustments.Review daily productivity reports to ensure we are in line with guidelinesInteract with laboratories to review supply usage and week over week variancesEnsure monthly inventories are performed throughout the division, review and approve the countsReview monthly financial results with finance department, explain variancesMeets regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and increased productivitySubject to exposure to typical warehouse and office environments. This may include machinery, automated belts, loading docks, PPE and lockout/tagout procedural requirements.Travel to additional sites as necessary

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in relevant fieldIn-depth knowledge of supply chain management databases, fulfillment systems highly preferredWarehouse experience with multiple locations and within medical environments preferredFlexibility to work overtime as neededStrong customer service communication skills; strong writing skills, and good presentation skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong initiative; ability to grasp concepts; analytical thinking skills and ability to anticipate next steps; organized and thorough in work; ability to multi-task and manage workloadExcellent communication skills; both written and oralBasic computer and data entry skills; Advanced Excel and/or reporting tool skillsPeopleSoft experience preferred
