As a Warehouse Manager you will partner with the concessions and warehouse team to effectively oversee their operations. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Hire, train, and develop/coach commissary team members in line with company policies and proceduresLead and develop team membersCoordinate and supervise activities of commissary team membersPurchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices for all food and productsOversee product storage and rotationManage product transfers and requisition forms to ensure tracking of productProduce inventory when instructed by accounting to optimize stock and minimize lossMonitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and wasteAdhere to updated sanitation laws and requirements, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followedResearch new products to stay ahead of trendsForecast orders for the upcoming season and special eventsResponsible for department payrollOperate a motor vehicle when necessary

More about youMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a commissary or warehouse environmentExperience with inventory distribution and control, logistics, purchasing and sanitation procedures.Must be able to communicate at a high level and able to multi-taskMust be able to obtain Forklift certification and ServSafe Food Manager Previous experience with Birchstreet purchasing/inventory system, desirableProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general Windows-based applicationsPrior union experience preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to work event and nonevent days including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
