As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator Inbound, you will support Stryker’s distribution operations by ensuring inbound warehouse activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in receiving, storing, and managing products while driving operational excellence and ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in full.
**What You Will Do**
+ Support the Department Manager in achieving divisional KPIs and operationalobjectives.
+ Coordinate operative workloads to ensure all daily activities and end-of-shift procedures are completed.
+ Act as a process expert by troubleshooting operational issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
+ Take ownership of warehouse processes, ensuring competency and adherence to standards across all operatives.
+ Oversee production, non-production, andreturn-based activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory handling, and shipment preparation.
+ Ensure completion of trade compliance documentation for shipments between South Africa, Northern Ireland, and the EU,maintainingCHIEF reporting requirements.
+ Own warehouse quality measures, investigating and recording damaged goods, missing items, or incorrectlylocatedstock.
+ Lead compliance, inventory, and quality-related activities to meet business and regulatory requirements, including Human Tissue handling where applicable.
+ Escalate discrepancies or operational challenges to the Department Manager when necessary.
+ Identifycontinuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
+ Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional levels.
+ Promote a safe working environment and champion quality standards to ensure 100% accuracy in all activities.
+ Drive engagement aligned with Stryker’s culture and operational values.
+ Supportadditionaloperational needs in line with business requirements.
**What You Will Need**
**Required:**
+ Matric
+ NQF6 (Diploma or Degree)
+ Professional workingproficiencyin English
+ 5–7 years of experience in warehousing or similar operational environments
+ Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., JDE or similar)
+ Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas)
+ Ability to apply sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
**Preferred:**
+ Tertiary education (College or University)
+ Experience supporting regulatory-controlled environments such as medical devices or healthcarelogistics
