**A Day in The Life of a Senior Administrator**
As the Senior Warehouse Admin you will provide operational and administrative support at the facility level. This includes counting stock, processing and running reports, determining purchasing needs for supply department, maintaining customer information, generating invoices, and handling telephone inquiries and orders. You will assist with tasks to ensure location is compliant with corporate controls and processes. While completing administrative projects as requested. You will sit in the office but will be in/out the warehouse as needed. You will need to wear steel toe shoes whenever in the warehouse. You must be comfortable with being trained to operate a forklift for use as needed. You may also operate a company vehicle for occasional pick-ups or deliveries.
+ Conducts inventory control procedures
+ Help with coverage, training, and development of other professionals
+ Maintain return authorization and credit memo forms
+ File and research freight claims when appropriate
+ Assist with building maintenance and security
+ Run and distribute various branch reports

**Education & Experience**
+ High school degree or equivalent required
+ 3 years of operational or administrative experience preferred
+ 3 years of customer service and internal sales experience preferred
**Skills & Requirements**
+ General computer skills required
+ Time management skills
+ Basic verbal and written communication skills
+ Problem-solving skills
+ Strong computer skills, including in Microsoft Office
+ A valid driver's license
