Tower Health, headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, is seeking a strategic and accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to provide strategic and transformational leadership across the health system.
Reporting to the President & CEO of Tower Health and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP CTO will work closely with senior leaders to shape and execute Tower’s long-term strategic vision, ensuring the long-term viability of Tower Health and our ability to chart our own pathway forward. The CTO will build upon and execute the vision and strategies that represent the next major transformation of this complex health system as well as identify new strategies within the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. As a catalyst for innovation, the CTO will align people, processes, and technology to reshape the organization for long-term success.
The CTO will focus on external affiliations and partnerships and innovative business models, strategically driving and overseeing transformative initiatives that leverage collaborations beyond the organization's walls—while ensuring alignment with internal transformation efforts. This role involves guiding operational, financial, and cultural initiatives that strengthen Tower Health’s financial foundation while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking culture. The CTO will also mentor, influence, and support leaders across the system.

Qualifications
Experience in hospitals/health systems is required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
