The primary purpose of the position is the management and administration of all aspects of rehabilitation services for clients of HealthPRO Management Services, LLC in multiple regions. The Senior Vice President of Operations continually assesses, monitors, and manages the quality and cost effectiveness of rehabilitation services provided and functions as a member of the Company’s senior management team providing leadership for the Company, in alignment with our mission and values.

ResponsibilitiesClinical Management
Assures RVP’s have resources required to ensure residents needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved, and the practices operate efficientlyAssures implementation of best practices throughout divisionContributes to region in-services and training Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload developmentParticipates in Region Documentation Audits Participates in Region RD conference calls / meetingsCustomer Relationships
Meets with key facility leadership during site visitsFunctions as RVP during RVP PTO and RVP VacancyAddresses customer and RVP concerns in timely manner and communicates issues to Senior Management as neededParticipates in monthly and quarterly operations’ reviews with customer senior management teamReinforces communications from the Company regarding reimbursement and other industry updatesWith RVP, participates in facility rehab budgeting process as neededAssists RVPs with identification of value-added servicesMonitors results of semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys and facilities improvements where neededFinancial / Operational Management
Facilitates development of annual region budgetsAssures the clinical, operational, and financial success of divisionAchieves optimal practice performance through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming, and supervising RVPsUtilizes therapy management systems to track key metrics and optimize practice performanceWorks with IT to assure metrics and management reports reflect optimal business practiceFacilitates weekly operations reviews with RVPsParticipates in weekly Senior Management Team callsFacilitates fiscally sound contract re-negotiations as neededAssures effective allocation of resources throughout region to meet priority needsParticipates in Quarterly Board of Directors meetings as requestedParticipates in other senior management functions as needed to assure customer and company successMarketing & Growth
Identifies region growth opportunities with RCPs, including for various product linesAssures training and education of RVPs of new product lines and regulatory changesParticipates in meetings with prospective customersAssesses prospective customer proposalsParticipates in rollouts of new contractsParticipates in health care conferences with presentations and at booth as requestedDetermines division growth needs, including timing of new RVPs and DCOsHuman Resource Management
Assures compliance and integrity in all aspects of division performanceAssures effective and efficient coordination of operations and recruiting for divisionCompletes performance reviews for RVPsAssures staff clinical competencies, including compliance with continuing education requirements, licensure and credentialingGeneral Essential Functions
