Our Client is a leading Shipmanagement Company managing a diverse fleet of Vessels.

For their exponentially growing operations, they are looking for a 'Senior Vetting Superintendent', based in Limassol.

About the Role:

This key role ensures tanker fleet readiness and compliance with the highest industry standards.

You will conduct pre-assessments and preparation for SIRE inspections, participate in RightShip vetting activities, and attend vessels worldwide for actual inspections, often combined with onboard marine visits and internal audits.

Office-based responsibilities will include follow-up actions, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and vetting strategy support.

What You Will Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vetting Superintendent or Marine Superintendent At least 2 years of seagoing experience in a senior rank on tankers Strong and proven track record in OCIMF SIRE and RightShip inspections Auditing qualifications (advantageous) Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Strong capability to lead and influence onboard teams during visits Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively under pressure High degree of professionalism, responsibility, and initiative Fluent in written and spoken English
