The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. **Opportunity Overview:** The Senior Verification Letter Specialist is primarily responsible for the technology driven processing of client verification letters, ensuring accurate and timely updates to account information in alignment with SEC Rule 17a 3. This role ensures the accuracy of client account data that supports firm supervisory systems, directly influencing firm operations and the overall client experience. Specialists must navigate multiple systems with precision, exercise strong attention to detail, and apply sound judgment when validating client instructions, safeguarding client PII, and identifying questionable or complex non routine requests. The position requires effective problem-solving skills and frequent collaboration with clients, branch teams, and internal partners to validate, research, and resolve account instructions within a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Operating with accountability, the specialist works within established guidelines and escalates risk or unauthorized activity when necessary. In addition to daily processing responsibilities, the Senior Verification Letter Specialist performs advanced functions that support overall department quality and effectiveness. This includes conducting quality reviews, reporting team metrics, training new associates, and serving as a subject matter expert for complex or escalated issues. The specialist influences multiple departments, including Field Supervision, Legal, and branch teams-through timely, accurate updates and issue resolution. By supporting broader oversight, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives, this role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity and strengthening the firm's supervisory and compliance processes. **What You Will Do:** + Process, sort, image, and update client verification letters and related account information. + Communicate with clients, branch teams, and home office partners; respond to inquiries, service tickets, and escalations. + Validate the authenticity of client instructions, resolve discrepancies, and escalate potential unauthorized activity. + Review undeliverable mail and determine appropriate follow‑up or account actions. + Conduct monthly quality reviews and report team metrics and processing volumes. + Train new associates/contractors and support department projects. + Write and execute test scripts; document and report testing results. + Research verification‑related issues for legal or regulatory requests.
