About the Role

Amazon UAE is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, driven, and creative candidate to join as a Senior Vendor Manager for our Pet Products category.

This is a uniquely complex and high-impact role that spans the full spectrum of the pet products business. You'll manage everything from establishing Amazon as the destination for pet products in UAE to driving strategic projects with top vendors and unblocking holdout brands. This role demands out-of-the-box thinking to bring global selection to UAE, scale the healthcare segment, and partner with brands to establish pet healthcare as a core pillar of the category.

This role requires managing and owning the Pet Products P&L across Core, ANOW, and Rush channels. You will be accountable for transforming petcare into a profitable engine through innovative vendor partnerships, curating world-class global selection that delights UAE customers, and pioneering the pet healthcare segment through strategic brand partnerships. You'll partner closely with 3P teams to ensure the best experience for customers while shopping pet products.

Within this role, you will:

- Navigate complexity at scale: Balance the economics of high-volume, low-margin water with premium, high-margin
- Build strategic vendor partnerships: Develop long-term relationships that unlock profitability in challenging low ASP segments
- Drive global selection: Source the world's best juice and beverage brands to create a compelling, differentiated customer offering
- Own end-to-end P&L: Manage profitability across multiple channels
- Innovate relentlessly: Identify and implement creative solutions to improve margins, selection, and customer satisfaction
