About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator
In this role, you will:
Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
Support the work of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the whole team
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
Ensure proper distribution of workflow according to schedules
Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
Perform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasks
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staff
Interact with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
