Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Onsite in Omaha, NE

Summary: We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid office model in Omaha, Nebraska. If relocating, you will need to be onsite day 1. This designer will be part of a larger team who works on projects across the organization (Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.Design & Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with the company's goals.Visual Design: Ensure the visual design is consistent with the company's brand guidelines. as well as responsive/mobile designExperience leading design projectsExperience providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designsExperience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholdersFamiliar with design systems such as material designExperience using a research repository such as dovetail and turning research into actionable findingsProviding guidance to development teams to help them execute UX DesignsAbility to use analytics software and analyze dataExperience presenting to company executives

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in the UX/design spaceExperience with user research quantitative and qualitativeExperience with Figma design and prototyping software or similarStrong written and verbal communicationExperience designing map applications and working with Geospatial UIS (ideally)Experience using a research repository such as dovetail and turning research into actionable findingsExperience with analytics software to analyze dataPrevious experience presenting to company executivesKey Skills:Understanding of interaction design principlesExperience with responsive and mobile designAbility to convey ideas through sketches, wireframes, and mockupsFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

The base salary range for this position is $85,000–$116,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
