Senior UX Designer

Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Responsibilities: · Drive end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery. · Design AI experiences including conversation flows, agent affordances, explainability, and uncertainty handling. · Create clear information architecture, journey maps, and interaction models. · Produce wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate behavior and intent. · Contribute to and maintain design systems, tokens, and components. · Ensure accessibility compliance aligned with WCAG 2.1+. · Partner with engineering on design handoff and implementation support. · Use research and analytics to iterate and improve solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 5+ years of experience in UX or product design. · Strong expertise in product design, UX for AI, and design systems. · Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam. · Proven research, synthesis, and problem-solving skills. · Experience designing responsive, complex applications. · Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. · Ability to operate independently in senior-level design roles. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Experience designing AI, copilot, or agent-based products. · Familiarity with prompt UX patterns such as grounding previews and source citations. · Experience with experimentation and data-informed design iteration. · Background working in large or enterprise-scale products.
