Duties: * Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end UX design for web and cross-platform experiences * Own large-scale design initiatives from discovery through delivery * Advocate for user needs and influence product direction * Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs using tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence * As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with research and technical teams to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive solutions * Contribute to design systems and unify fragmented experiences * Mentor other designers and foster a strong UX culture
