Position overview

 

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing Product Design team in Rennes. This is a key role focused on designing our flagship B2B SaaS product, which enables self-service video streaming capabilities for customers across the globe. You’ll work on an expanding feature set with plenty of new UI to design—defining user flows, prototyping solutions, refining visual design, and collaborating closely with engineers to bring it all to life.

 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, from wireframes to release reviews. You’ll need strong visual sensibility, a high level of autonomy, and the ability to shape complex workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as you’ll be collaborating regularly with teams in the UK, US, and India.

Key responsibilities

 

Design end-to-end user experiences for our SaaS platform: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Own and evolve components within our Figma-based design system, using features features like variables and interactive components. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life with clarity and intent. Participate in and sometimes lead design reviews, product walkthroughs, and feature validation processes. Identify UX issues and file actionable bug reports or design improvements. Communicate design intent and specifications clearly to engineering teams across. geographies. Conduct or support user research, interviews, and internal discovery sessions. Occasionally contribute to microcopy and interface text with native-level written English.

 

Required skills and qualifications

 

Excellent skills in Figma, including advanced design system workflows 3–5 years of experience as a UX designer, ideally on SaaS products Strong graphic design ability, with attention to visual detail and consistency Outstanding command of written English; fluent spoken English required Able to manage and prioritize multiple features across fast-moving sprints Comfortable using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms Familiar with Agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban.) Desirable experience in media or video streaming platforms
