On the Creative Design team reporting to Senior Manager, UX Design, you will work on projects including Hilton digital initiatives, Web Shop experience and innovation, Hilton for Business, & Luxury & Lifestyle websites and applications, Hilton Honors design interface, Brand and other global digital experiences.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Support the execution of intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile experiences, working closely with an agency partner delivering UX work on behalf of internal teams.Translate product requirements and research insights into clear wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.Review and refine agency deliverables to ensure alignment with internal design standards, UX principles, and stakeholder expectations.Contribute to design documentation and collaborate on QA to ensure implementation of UX solutions.How you will collaborate with others:
Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and the agency, helping relay feedback, clarify requirements, and track design iterations.Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to ensure agency work reflects strategic priorities and user needs.Collaborate with internal designers and the agency team to ensure consistency across design systems, accessibility standards, and user experience flows.Participate in team design critiques and reviews, providing feedback and helping guide agency contributions to final delivery.What projects you will take ownership of:
Design Intuitive Interfaces: Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with Hilton's brand standards.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and gather feedback.Prototyping and Testing: Creating interactive prototypes to test and refine designs, ensuring usability and user experience.Optimization: Evaluating and optimizing existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis.Design Systems and Guidelines: Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across Hilton's digital products.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of work experience in interface design, product design, digital design, or similar fieldsExperience in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologiesTravel up to 10%It would be useful if you have:
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experienceAn online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutionsExperience with digital platforms, including web, mobile, Connected TV, or emailFamiliarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development cyclesWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
