As the Senior UX Designer, Residential at Spectrum, you will drive user experience vision and execution across our telecom e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to deliver intuitive, conversion-focused solutions. Your expertise shapes AI-enabled workflows that accelerate innovation and empower customers to discover and purchase with ease—making a measurable impact across our product landscape.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum’s digital sales channels spanning internet, wireless, and TV/entertainment offeringsDevelop experience design strategies that boost customer acquisition, streamline purchase journeys, and support engagement across multiple touchpointsCollaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout discovery, design, delivery, and optimization phasesOperate within AI-enabled workflows to enhance prototyping, clarify requirements, and expedite concept exploration for efficient software developmentAlign product intent, design execution, and engineering outcomes for cohesive and effective deliveryFacilitate rapid testing, learning, and refinement to continually improve user experiencesAdvocate for scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and robust documentation to ensure consistency and speedUtilize research, analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to inform prioritization and refine product decisionsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldAdvanced degree in a design-related discipline is a plus, or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI designExperience
6+ years of experience solving UX problems in eCommercePreferred Qualifications
Experience
Experience in telecom, cable, broadband, wireless, or mobile environments, focusing on digital customer and agent experiencesExpertise in designing UX for offer presentation, product discovery, and sales workflows in subscription-based businessesFamiliarity with cable and mobile sales processes, including product comparison and conversion strategiesUnderstanding of promotional strategies, pricing optimization, and their impact on UX and conversionAbility to design for telecom environments involving billing dependencies and configuration rulesProficiency in using analytics and customer insights to enhance digital experiencesExperience collaborating in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments with AI-enabled tools for efficient design iterationMST303 2026-73962 2026
