What you’ll do

Ready to lead the UX revolution? As a Senior UX Foundation Developer, you’ll architect the next generation of enterprise user experiences while building and leading a world-class team in Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll ensure customers, partners, and users get the benefits of a consistent, innovative user experience across all their touchpoints with the SAP ecosystem, while taking technical leadership in one of Asia’s most dynamic tech markets. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Design Leadership and Innovation:
Help shape SAP’s design language used by millions worldwide and collaborate with colleagues around the world to design for diverse markets across Asia-Pacific and beyond. You’ll lead inclusive design practices for global accessibility, design complex concepts for business-critical applications, and experiment with voice, gesture, and AI-powered interactions that solve real customer problems.

Product Design and Systems:
Create responsive experiences for mobile and desktop platforms while building scalable component libraries used by thousands of developers. You’ll design beautiful, functional UI components for enterprise software, craft smooth, intuitive interactions for complex concepts, and develop cohesive visual languages that scale across products to ensure consistent customer experiences.

Research and Collaboration:
Lead design initiatives across SAP’s global design organization and conduct user research with enterprise customers worldwide. You’ll present your work at major design conferences, guide and develop the next generation of UX talent, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design solutions directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.

 

 

What you bring

Design Excellence:

5-7 years of senior UX design experience with enterprise or complex application

Portfolio mastery with exceptional portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution

Design systems experience building and maintaining large-scale design systems

User research proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design

Prototyping skills with expert-level skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite ,…

Cross-platform design experience for web, mobile, and emerging platform

Technical Collaboration:

Developer partnership with strong collaboration skills with engineering teams

Analytics integration understanding of design metrics and user analytics

Design operations experience with design operations and workflow optimization

Agile design proficiency in agile design methodologies and rapid iteration

Design handoff expertise in design-to-development handoff processes

Leadership & Innovation: 

Team leadership experience mentoring junior designers and leading design projects

Cultural sensitivity understanding of designing for diverse, global audiences

Communication with excellent presentation and storytelling skills

Innovation mindset with passion for exploring new design trends and technologies 

Stakeholder management ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
