We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with people management responsibilities who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and systems thinking. You’re someone who brings clarity to complexity, uses storytelling to align teams, and is motivated by solving meaningful problems—not just creating beautiful interfaces.

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of internal tools that power sales, partnerships, and operations at scale. You’ll lead discovery, define opportunities, and help build user-centered solutions that truly support the way our people work.

 

What You’ll Do

Lead discovery and definition of UX strategy for enterprise tools used by salespeople, partners, and internal teamsCollaborate across functions to create user experience visions, define design opportunities, and influence product roadmapsUse qualitative and quantitative data to inform design strategy and prioritize impactful solutionsDevelop and present compelling narratives, journey maps, and visual frameworks that clarify complex experiences and align stakeholdersPlan and scope research and design workstreams in coordination with product and engineering partnersDeliver experience maps that capture both digital workflows and offline processes to guide holistic designPartner with product managers, researchers, and UI designers to bring concepts to life while maintaining design intentMentor and manage junior designers and contribute to building a strong, user-centered design culture 

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in UX, service design, or a related field, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic and systems-level thinkingHave a minimum of a bachelor's degree in design, UX or other related fieldsProven ability to lead UX projects and discovery efforts across complex digital and non-digital touchpointsExperience scoping and structuring UX work in alignment with business goals 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills—confident presenting both visually and orally to business stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, collaborative, and user-first mindset—you’re driven by impactPassion for mentoring and helping others grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
