Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. **What you will do:  **   + Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications. + Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other UX team members in an agile environment. + Communicate design decisions, rationale, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels. + Contribute to design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries. + Support and help govern a unified enterprise design system. + Stay informed on UX trends, research methods, and user preferences. + Partner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics, conduct usability testing, and support user research. + Work independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability. + Advocate for design thinking, user‑centered design, and user research within the organization. + Produce UX deliverables including personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides. **What you will bring:**   + 7+ years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment. + Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field. + Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. + Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. + Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise. + Ability to work effectively with research partners, design agencies, and implementation vendors. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work. **Key Competencies:** + Strong user‑centered design and design thinking capabilities. + Ability to facilitate design studios, workshops, and research activities. + Ability to balance business needs, user goals, and technical constraints. + Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication. + Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. + High attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, actionable design artifacts. + Adaptability, initiative, and ability to work independently. + (Preferred) Experience in HVAC or manufacturing, responsive mobile design, Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager, B2B and B2C experience design, visual design, industrial design, or content writing. **Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:** $117,673.33 - $164,675.00 **Compensation Type:** Salary **Incentive Eligible:** Yes **Sales Commission Eligible:** No **Disclaimer** : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
