We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the user journey across web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure design feasibility and consistency.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and similar.Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications
