Senior Treasury Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay is $60,000-$75,000, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Overview
The Senior Treasury Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing treasury operations through expertise in training, auditing, operational analysis, and process improvement. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strong controls, efficient banking structures, and accurate reporting while driving continuous improvement across treasury functions.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and enhance treasury policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide training and operational support to treasury team members and store-level partners.
Proactively review and manage banking filters, user access, signer changes, and account controls.
Evaluate and analyze company banking needs, including administration of electronic banking access, authorized signer changes, and periodic reviews of account structures to optimize fees and efficiencies.
Complete bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, analyzing large or unusual reconciling items.
Perform month-end close activities, including fluctuation analysis of cash-related general ledger accounts, interest, and related journal entries.
Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to support a timely and accurate month-end close.
Lead audit reporting and monitoring efforts, including maintaining audit schedules and managing feedback loops.
Own all Treasury-related SOX compliance reviews.
Support the development of treasury operational reporting and disclosures (e.g., number of accounts, wires/ACH activity, signer changes, payments, contract dates).
Serve as a key contributor for strategic account structure requests and specialized treasury scenarios.
Lead initiatives and projects focused on improving department efficiency, cost savings, and company profitability.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
Participate in and support cross-training within the treasury department.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of urgency and accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Professional certification such as CTP or CPA, or eligibility to sit for one of these exams, preferred.
