Job Description Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a motivated individual to oversee transportation projects from concept through completion. This role involves client engagement, team leadership, and active participation in business development efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery that enhances mobility and safety in the region  Lead project teams and manage client relationships  Oversee the preparation of construction documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates  Contribute to the design of urban and rural roadways, including alignments, intersections, drainage systems, and traffic control features  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal design standards (e.g., AASHTO, city/county guidelines)  Review and approve technical deliverables such as roadway layouts, utility coordination plans, and traffic signal designs  Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes  Support proposal development and participate in strategic business development initiatives Pay rate $140,000 with flexibility for higher based on years of experience.
