Senior Transition Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transition Project Manager. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.

The Senior Transition Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, resource management, and execution to ensure transition projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth process transfers and successful change implementation.

You will conduct process analysis, develop business cases, and support communication efforts to influence outcomes. Managing cross-functional project teams, you will optimize operations, create detailed plans, support change management, and report on project status.


We will count on you to:

Lead multiple regional transition projects across Europe.Collaborate with leaders to develop business cases and translate requirements into actionable plans.Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and success measures.Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and streamlining to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, escalate issues as needed, and adjust plans proactively to stay on track.Support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transition.Measure and report on project performance, including KPIs and key milestones, to ensure transparency and accountability.Facilitate and lead steering committees, working groups, and strategy workshops to align efforts and drive decision-making.Engage proactively with peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all levels.


What you need to have:

Proven experience managing complex, regional transition projects, ideally within a matrix organization.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Deep understanding of operational processes, with a focus on process improvement.Experience in establishing reporting frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (C1).
