Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transformation Director to lead and drive revenue enhancing and expense reducing initiatives which collectively will positively drive our financial trajectory in the mid and longer term. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional collaboration and influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and will ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** + Leadership: Establish a formal transformation program dedicated to the Consumer and Business Banking organization, with as little overhead as possible. Lead a small team of process improvement / transformation experts, and leverage additional process improvement and project resources from across the business and other areas of the bank + Strategy Development: Develop the overarching transformation objectives for the Consumer and Business Banking organization, including financial targets and other key process outcomes + Change Management: Leverage industry best practices to strategically and methodically introduce sustainable changes at process execution level, clearly defining the from / to of each change, and earning hearts and minds of employees + Stakeholder Engagement: Closely collaborate and influence each business segment to identify and implement prioritized revenue and expense initiatives. Work in an “embedded team” model + Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with Finance to validate financial impact of initiatives + Innovation: Understand and determine appropriate applicability of the latest process improvement levers (e.g., automation, AI, lean redesign, etc.) **Qualifications** + Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. + Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG preferred + Skills: + Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. + Strong leadership and team management abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. + Experience in change management and risk mitigation. + Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $193,035.00 - $227,100.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
