**Team Overview:**
The Senior Transformation Analysts is part of the Operational Health team that sets and enables the conditions for Edward Jones to deliver and sustain value - linking strategy to execution. We measure what matters, surface insights, partner to remove barriers and accelerate outcomes. Operational Health ensures systems work together, ownership and decision rights are clear, and progress is validated through enterprise metrics, driving towards the firm's 2030 ambition forward.
**What You Will Do:**
As a Senior Transformation Analyst on the team, you will...
+ Conduct comprehensive end‑to‑end process assessments to identify systemic constraints, bottlenecks, and failure modes using established process‑mapping methodologies (e.g., SIPOC, value‑stream mapping, workflow decomposition).
+ Apply diagnostic techniques to determine root causes and partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to design mitigation strategies or remove constraints entirely.
+ Leverage operational KPIs, workflow telemetry, trend analysis, and data insights to pinpoint enterprise friction points and develop tailored, scalable process improvements.
+ Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable solution options, execution pathways, and implementation guidance for business and operational leaders.
+ Collaborate with and influences leaders across the Firm to develop and maintain process documentation, conduct structured root‑cause analyses, clarify decision rights, and ensure alignment to end‑to‑end value streams.
+ Provide consultative recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders, translating complex process insights into clear, practical actions.
+ Deliver timely status updates, analysis artifacts, and insights to stakeholders and adjacent functions, applying sound judgment under ongoing supervision and coaching. Builds enterprise‑level acumen in Firm operations, strategy, and priority workstreams, with a deep understanding of cross‑functional dependencies and intersecting operational processes.
+ Operate effectively in a matrixed environment by eliciting diverse perspectives, reconciling competing priorities, and synthesizing multi‑source input into cohesive, expert recommendations that advance enterprise efficiency, consistency, and value delivery.
+ Executive presence and influence skills required, based on the nature of the work.

**What Experience You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years of relevant experience, including:
+ Demonstrated ability to solve complex, strategic problems impacting the enterprise, including reviewing, designing, and optimizing processes in coordination with business partners, cross‑functional teams, and internal systems.
+ Ability to educate and influence senior and executive leaders on analytical concepts, best practices, process documentation, and decision rights.
+ Proven track record of proactively identifying opportunities within assigned problems to solve with moderate to broad organizational impact, developing thoughtful solutions, and driving execution through implementation.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting analyses, insights, and firm-wide information to senior leadership audiences.
+ Experience designing and facilitating workshops or working sessions that drive alignment, influence outcomes, and result in sustainable change.
**What Could Set You Apart:**
+ Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics
+ Understanding of the overall firm and the competitive environment
+ Experience contributing to high-impact strategy assignments
+ Preferred Lean/Sigma certified, Master Black Belt preferred
+ Knowledgeable in change management strategy, and process documentation
