Job Description

Position Purpose

Design and implementation of HC specific, need-oriented qualification training program and product and technical training for sales representatives, retailers, dealers and installers. 

Monitoring and securing knowledge transfer  

Pre-sales technical support

 

Roles and Responsibilities岗位职责

HVAC Product system training program development and execution (concept, educational objectives, content, arrangement) 

Training tool development (material, modules, simulation, education tool ) 

Training center set-up and management (training center plan, installation and etc.) 

Training certification and qualification to both internal and external parties 

Plan, execute and monitor train the trainer program 

Monitoring and securing knowledge transfer 

Facilitate corporation with school or college, to do research project with them together 

Inspection installation of situation to ensure product can be use

 

Key Performance Indicators关键绩效指标 

On-time completion of training program development and execution 

On-time uploading E-Learning courses 

Corporation with college and research lessons together 

 Volume of trainee and trained-trainer Training feedback from audience Qualification of trained dealers and trainers On-time completion of training center technical supporting for retail and projects before sell 

Qualifications

Master’s degree, preferably in HVAC or related fields.

3 years experience or above in HVAC design, installation, integration 

Training Delivery: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Results-driven with the ability to translate business needs into training solutions.

Strong team player with a growth mindset and adaptability.

Thrives in fast-paced environments, and willing to travel frequently.
