We are currently looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer to join our team for a major infrastructure and stormwater project in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, with a strong background in traffic impact assessments, modeling, and planning within large-scale infrastructure projects. + Lead the development and review of traffic impact studies, transport assessments, and traffic management plans. + Support the design and planning of road networks and stormwater infrastructure with traffic engineering inputs. + Use traffic modeling tools (e.g., SYNCHRO, VISSIM, SIDRA) to analyze and optimize traffic flow and intersection performance. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including roadway, drainage, and urban planning engineers. + Ensure compliance with local and international traffic engineering standards and guidelines. + Review contractor submissions, design drawings, and specifications related to traffic and transport. + Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and site inspections as required. + Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians. + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred). + Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering within large infrastructure projects. + Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic regulations, urban mobility principles, and traffic safety standards. + Proficient in traffic simulation and modeling software (e.g., SYNCHRO, VISSIM, SIDRA, HCS). + Previous experience in stormwater-related infrastructure projects is a plus. + Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. + Experience working with international engineering consultancies is preferred. + Valid membership in a recognized engineering council; SCE registration preferred.
