**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a Traffic Analyst to join its organization. Responsibilities: + Prepare and distrubute DD form 250 for all contract deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality, for the sale of goods and services. + Ability to read and understand contract language + Handle calls and meetings outside of normal business hours to guarantee no pickup and/or delivery disruptions + Attend quarterly business reviews, virtual and/or in person + Identify, determine, and lead savings initiatives to reduce costs + Identify root cause and implement corrective actions + Participate in key performance indicators (KPI) discussions + Maintain location matrix file + Manage carrier aged payables **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience OR equivalent education/experience + Experience with an ERP system + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) + Experience managing and analyzing large quantities of data. + Possess knowledge of contract language and invoice creation processes **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Demonstrated growth in complexity of duties within a field. + Experience working with union personnel + Experience with KPI and other similar metrics + Ability to communicate with different groups/individuals, public speaking. + Critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making. + Ability to thrive in changing environments and learn new tools. + Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential info. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
