Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Job Function:** Non-Standard **Job Sub** **Function:** Fixed Term Employee **Job Category:** Non-Standard **All Job Posting Locations:** Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities** + Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) inventory, including ordering, storage, distribution, and record maintenance. + Coordinate with vendors to ensure high‑quality and timely production of POSM and premiums. + Assist in preparing and delivering trade materials for in‑store campaigns. + Track coupon stock, usage, distribution, and returns for all promotions. + Provide simple reporting support, such as coupon usage and promotion tracking reports. + Consolidate sales feedback, promotion performance data, and store execution reports. + Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth campaign execution. + Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, courier arrangements, PO/invoice follow‑up, and document updates. + Assist in ad hoc trade marketing projects, events, and daily operational tasks. + Build customer relationships through regular store visits to check POSM display, promotion setup, and brand visibility. + Support visual replacement, merchandising requests, and simple competitor checks during trade visits. **QUALIFICATIONS** • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, or Retail/Channel Operations, with proven hands‑on execution and process ownership. • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and lead store visits or trade checks when required. • Proficient in Excel and data handling (vlookup, pivots, and basic analysis) to support reporting and operational decisions. • Highly self‑driven, organized, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership in supporting trade execution and resolving issues proactively. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** • Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. • Excellent time management, customer service mindset, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver accurately under deadlines. • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong overall computer literacy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem‑solving abilities and sound decision‑making. **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:**
