As part of the Delivery department, the Trade & Customs team is a team of customs project managers and specialists that are all having the intent to mitigate disruptions at the point of customs, independent of the topics we try to solve issues on the border preventively to smoothen delivery and stay compliant with all regulations. We are organized globally where each team member is focusing on their specific region.
Role and responsibilitiesAs the Senior trade & customs specialist, you are responsible for different types and scales of projects in your region and on a global level focused on EMEA level. The role is broader than only Customs as it also consist of environmental regulations, product safety regulations, trade restrictions, import controls etc.
In this role, you are the linking pin between the IT organization and the business demand, functioning as the subject matter expert for questions within the global customs organization.
Education and experienceBachelor's/Master's degree in Customs or equivalent
5 + years of relevant working experience and proven project related experience in the domain of Trade & Customs
Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a multinational/international organizational similar to ASML is a big plus
