The Total Rewards Senior Analyst supports the design, analysis and administration of the organization's total rewards programs.

Strong work ethic and creates an environment of fun !Professional office work environment Prepare statistical analysis, metrics and data modeling for various compensation structures, programs and compensation related accruals Participate in market surveys, interpret data and perform analysis to ensure that competitive positioning is achieved Administer Job Description guidelines; ensuring that descriptions accurately reflect duties and responsibilities and support internal and external comparisons Administer the annual compensation review including salary and short-term incentive components Administer out-of-cycle compensation reviews as required Assist in the development and planning of organization wide Total Rewards programs and policies Work with management to educate on all areas of Total Rewards, including market analysis, administration, policy interpretation, and internal equity Assist the HR Business Partners in Total Rewards administration issues Acts as a role model and coaches, mentors, and manages a team of accounting specialist in the execution of department and company goals (non-people management). Perform special projects as required, including research, modeling and other Total Rewards initiatives
