Senior Theatrical Marketing Manager, Amazon MGM Studios Theatrical Marketing
We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help lead and drive innovative marketing local strategies for our theatrical releases in Italy. Reporting to the Head of Theatrical Marketing Italy this role combines strategic leadership with deep analytical expertise to develop comprehensive campaigns that maximize audience engagement and box office performance in Italy

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Lead strategic planning and budget management across multiple high-profile theatrical releases in Italy.
• Develop territory-wide marketing strategies and long-term activation roadmaps for Italy.
• Conduct advanced local market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions for Italy.
• Establish campaign KPIs and success metrics in partnership with senior leadership
• Drive innovation in audience engagement methodologies and emerging marketing technologies
• Mentor and guide junior marketing managers on strategic thinking and campaign development

Creative Direction & Brand Management
• Provide creative leadership across all marketing assets and brand touchpoints in Italy.
• Oversee localization strategies and coordinate with global International teams
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns in Italy.
• Lead relationships with creative partners and agencies in Italy.
• Approve and guide creative direction for high-stakes marketing initiatives inItaly.

Media Strategy & Collaboration Development
• Develop comprehensive media strategies for Italy spanning traditional, digital, and emerging platforms
• Lead negotiations and strategic collaboration with key media agencies and platforms for local marketing campaigns
• Cultivate and manage high-value brand collaborations and co-marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with International Media leadership on global best practices and innovation
• Optimize media spend efficiency across portfolio of local campaigns

Activations & Events
• Conceptualize and execute large-scale special projects, premieres, and marquee events in Italy.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple external agencies in Italy.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including Content Managers, PR, Digital, and International partners
• Provide strategic guidance to distribution teams on theatrical positioning in Italy.
• Drive organizational alignment on local campaign priorities and resource allocation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability development
• Champion creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization
