• 10+ years of relevant work experience in software testing primarily on CSV, Functional Testing & UI with min of 4 to 5yrs as lead experience

• Good understanding in regulatory standards like GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part11…etc and Risk Assessment methods

• Good understanding about AI tools and its usage part of day to day testing activities
• Strong Communication skill - will be directly working with Managers / Stakeholders / Vendors to understand priorities and setting the right expectations for deadlines

• Technical Documentation – Validation Plan, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Matrices and Reporting.

• Participates in discussion with team and lead a distributed team of QA Engineers who will perform functional testing.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC and Agile model.

• Experience in supporting business groups to perform user acceptance testing.

• Resolve team members issues and escalate as necessary and Mentor new team members and at times manages junior level test engineers.

• Documents all problems and work with respective teams for resolution. Proactively identifies and discusses challenges, risk and mitigation plan with Manager and Technical Leads for input before proceeding.
• Strong in Analytic skills
• Experience in Functionality, Compatibility, Integration and Regression Testing.
• Experience with database like MySql, MS-SQL..etc.
• Ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage of regression test suites.
• Participate as an active quality advocate in Agile/Scrum process.
• Should be ready to work as independent QA resource and accept all testing responsibility of the project, should be ready for support with the adjustment of timings as per the need
• Nice to Have to Life Sciences domain knowledge
