Job Description
Seeking a Senior Test Lead with mandatory experience in Jira, strong communication skills, and expertise in automation tools, API testing (Postman), and traffic testing. The candidate should have leadership skills to manage the testing team, coordinate across teams, and execute end-to-end test cases.
Basic Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing efforts and guide the team in automation and manual testing.Execute API testing (Postman) and traffic testing to ensure system reliability.Design and implement end-to-end test cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate testing progress effectively.Ensure quality standards by identifying, reporting, and resolving defects.Leverage Jira for tracking and managing testing tasks.Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and API testing (Postman).Mandatory experience in Jira for test management.Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with performance testing tools.Soft Skills:Proactive, organized, and results-driven.Collaborative team player adaptable to dynamic requirements.Travel RequirementsNone
