Job Description

As a business Developmenyt manager at Pearson Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving print & digital sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, building strong relationships with Key clients, Providing demos and presentations, Submitting quotes and negotiating for order closures and staying updated on industry trends to maximize opportunities in the digital education landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities & create a 5X pipeline. Staying abreast with market trends to stay ahead in the digital education landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams & support functions  to ensure seamless delivery of Print & digital products and services. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling print & digital education solutions. Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Stay updated on Pearson's products and services, as well as industry advancements, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.

 

 

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in dsales, with a strong track record for 5+ Years.

In-depth knowledge of higher education products and services 

Sound Market Knowledge 

Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong in analytical and problem-solving abilities.
