Senior Territory Manager
**Job Summary:** To meet sales benchmark and to improve Market share of allocated Products by maintaining good rapport with targeted customers. **Principal Duties:** + Achieve Annual/Quarterly benchmarks for assign products in allocated territory. + Keep updated on product and competitor knowledge. + Identify new customer and also develop potential business outlets. + Implementation of product promotional strategies. + To adhere & implement SFA Best Practices. + Adhere to prescribed administrative procedures related to daily work including daily synchronization of call reports and interoffice correspondence. + Visit all clients, chemist and institutions to generate sales and monitor demand. + Handle client’s complaints and queries efficiently and effectively. + Obtain market feedback on own and competitor products on regular basis and communicate to Manager/Head Office. + Ensure availability of company’s product availability at Trade and Institution. + Ensure inclusion of Products in the institutional purchase list and obtain orders. + Participate in weekly fortnightly meetings, Sales Promotion Meetings, Cycle + meeting, Revitalization meetings and any other meetings called by Manager/ Head Office/Management. + Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. + Build trust, value others, foster innovation/creativity and demonstrate high integrity. + Judicious use of promotional samples and other promotional resources. + Participate in Performance Assessments, discuss identified areas of improvements develop action plans with the consensus of District Sales Manager. + Ensure Compliance and adherence to Company Policies and Code Of Business Conducts. + Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted doctors, KOLs, hospital administration, pharmacists and paramedics. + Assist RSM in conducting Product Presentation/ Speaker Programme. + Increase market share of assigned products by using IMS sales analyser. + Get maximum business from dispensing doctors/GP’s + Communicate AER (Adverse Event Report) to Medical Department within stipulated period. + Display good manners/etiquettes & professionalism during the job. + Arrange and conduct product presentation and participate in seminars / symposia where required. + To report all spontaneous adverse events related to Abbott products within timelines. + To get on job induction training with yearly refresher for Pharmacovigilance. + Liaise with Affiliate Safety Representative (ASR) or back-up ASR or if required with the reporter in case of follow up process. + Any other job arranged by seniors. **Knowledge & Experience:** + Graduate Preferably medical/science background + Fresh or 1 to 2 years relevant experience + Competencies required: + Initiative & derive for the results + Innovation + Integrity + Team Work + Active Listening + Adaptability + An aptitude and understanding of basic computer skills + Strong communication skills, (both verbal and written) + Selling Aptitude + Physical Fitness + Willingness to work in odd hours & extensive traveling + Willingness to relocate/ transfer any where in the country or outside the country **Minimum Qualifications:** + Graduate or equivalent.
