**Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.**
**Overview**
**To maximise sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned territory.**
**Responsibilitie** **s**
**Provide coaching as needed to Territory Managers**
**Proactively drive sales and develop initiatives**
**Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed**
**Act as a key contributor in sales meetings**
**Demonstrate behaviours consistent with a Senior TM**
**Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory as well as providing input to the overall performance of the state.**
**Actively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.**
**Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.**
**Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.**
**Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.**
**Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory**
**Manage your consignment stock**
**Maintain accurate customer profiles.**
**Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.**
**Assist with product marketing and launches.**
**Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.**
**Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.**
**This role may require 24 hour on-call responsibilities to fulfil your duties.**
**Attend company sales meetings as required**
**Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties**
**Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the industry (MTAA) the Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements**
**Handle and document customer complaints according to ANZ Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.**
**Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System**
**Attend company sales meetings as required**

**Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System.**
**Knowledge of and commitment to Work, Health & Safety responsibilities.**
**Action any other customer complaints with relevant Abbott Medical ANZ Business Unit.**
**Execute the position and Business Unit responsibilities according to applicable Abbott Medical ANZ Standard Operating Procedures**
**Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager**
**Minimum Education**
**·** **Tertiary qualifications in medical or business management field required.**
**Minimum Experience/Training Required**
**Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts**
