The Senior Manager of Business Industry Solutions is a critical leader shaping Walmart Business’ customer experience across product, site experience, and enterprise initiatives. This role drives the strategic vision for B2B site experience and industry solutions, overseeing everything from homepage merchandising and content strategy to site functionality, conversion optimization, and campaign leadership. You will accelerate Walmart Business’ growth by creating frictionless experiences, inspiring cross-functional alignment, and delivering breakthrough innovation grounded in customer insights. **Job Description** What you’ll do… • Understand how customers, especially business customers, shop online, and you use strategic thinking and innovation to build frictionless, consistent, and high- performing site experiences. • Anticipate industry needs and diGerentiates Walmart Business by driving new capabilities, site features, and functionality across the end-to-end experience. • Apply data, analytics, and market insights to translate complex information into strategic actions, roadmap priorities, and measurable improvements. • Strong focus on operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance eGiciency, and scale best-in-class workflows. • Decision and coordination skills when faced with conflicting or ambiguous inputs • Influence without authority, tackle ambiguous problems, build trust quickly and align cross-functional partners, from Product and Engineering to Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Leadership. • Prioritize collective success and thrive in a collaborative environment, actively mentoring team members and helping others excel. You’ll make an impact by :• Creating a frictionless and smooth site and product experience for business customers You will design and execute the holistic site strategy for key Walmart Business industries and verticals as well as our Homepage, leveraging insights to craft customer-centric journeys, optimize content, navigation, taxonomy, and search, and build consistent and high-performing experiences across mobile and desktop. You’ll lead end-to-end redesigns of core experiences, such as the homepage, tax exemption tools, spend analytics, rewards, and account management, driving clarity and value for B2B customers. • Telling a compelling story through the Walmart Business site You’ll identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive whitespace to shape the strategic roadmap and narrative across industries. Using functionalities like taxonomy, visual merchandising, and search, you’ll translate insights into cohesive storytelling that resonates with business customers and supports their operations at scale. • Monitoring site health and performance using data and analytics You’ll oversee reporting, dashboards, and ongoing insights to track performance across traGic, conversion, search behavior, engagement, and industry growth. By integrating macroeconomic trends, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior modeling, you’ll guide decisions that strengthen both short-term execution and long-term strategy. • Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders You’ll influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams by providing strategic recommendations, aligning roadmaps, and driving prioritization across product discovery, launches, conversion initiatives, and enterprise services. You will lead cross-functional forums to streamline decision-making, improve processes, and scale best practices across Walmart Business. • Operating with excellence You’ll develop eGicient workflows, operational routines, and repeatable processes that enable teams to execute with precision. You will mentor associates, build strong talent pipelines, and embed Walmart’s values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—into the operating culture. By removing obstacles, anticipating risks, and establishing scalable systems, you’ll ensure consistent delivery of high-quality experiences and high-impact business outcomes. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Site Experience, Product, or Site Merchandising • Analytical and process-oriented, with strong decision-making skills • Demonstrated ability to set clear objectives and measure performance • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising • Adaptable, assertive, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Business or related field • 4+ years leading or managing teams • 4+ years in a consumer- or business-focused eCommerce environment • Strong leadership capabilities with At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
