Senior Technology Auditor

As a Senior Technology Auditor on the Internal Audit team reporting to the Senior Manager Technology Audit, you will focus on risk-based technology audits across Hilton's global operations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Lead / complete assigned projects included in the department's risk-based Internal Audit Plan, mainly focusing on Technology and Cybersecurity projectsConduct independent and objective assessments of internal controls supporting the company's compliance efforts including SOX and SOC 1

How you will collaborate with others:

Work with the Internal Audit Team Members, external audit team, guest auditors, and Hilton's co-source service providers to complete assigned audits effectively and timelyEducate and counsel management and process owners on internal control and policy requirements

What projects you will take ownership of:

SOX, SOC 1, Technology & Cybersecurity projects, Data Analytics initiatives, Corporate & Advisory projects, and Hotel Audits

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Two (2) years of work experience in internal audit, internal controls and supporting compliance efforts.Travel occasionally including international destinations requiring a passport/visa

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Security, Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in technology and/or cybersecurity-related auditCertified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certificationPrior use of advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, etc.)Understanding of IT governance and control frameworks, internal control concepts/frameworks, and current auditing processes and methodologiesExperience with artificial intelligence, bots, APIs, cloud computing, or similar technologiesAdvanced in AI Audit (AAIA) certification
