Technician Supervisor

What this job involves:

หัวหน้าช่างอาคารที่ทำงานอยู่ภายในอาคารสำนักงาน มีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบและการดูแลระบบภายในอาคาร รวมไปถึงงานต่าง ๆ ภายในห้องเครื่องจักร ระบบไฟฟ้า แสงสว่าง น้ำประปา และอุปกรณ์ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง หน้าที่หลักของหัวหน้าช่างอาคารที่จะต้องทำและถูกมอบหมายโดยตรง คือ

มีหน้าที่ในการจัดทำ ตรวจสอบและวางแผนจัดตารางเข้าทำงานของช่างอาคารมิให้ขาดบุคคลากรในการให้บริการงานวิศวกรรมแต่ละวันมีหน้าที่ในการควบคุม ดูแล สั่งการช่างอาคารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้ตรวจสอบระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในอาคาร เช่น ระบบระบายน้ำ, ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย, ระบบท่อน้ำประปาภายใน, ระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง และพื้นที่ของส่วนกลางมีหน้าที่ในการควบคุม ดูแล สั่งการช่างอาคารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้ตรวจสอบลิฟท์โดยสารทุกตัว พร้อมการดูแลและซ่อมบำรุงอยู่เสมอ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุมีหน้าที่ในการควบคุมระบบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ถูกติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคารตรวจสอบ ดูแล และซ่อมแซม พร้อมบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ที่อยู่ภายในอาคารตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันภัยต่าง ๆ ภายในอาคารจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบ การบำรุงรักษา การดูแลระบบ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ รวมถึงค่าสาธารณูปโภคที่ได้รับมอบหมายไว้จากทางวิศวกรอาคารและผู้จัดการอาคาร มีการบันทึกการตรวจสอบ การซ่อมแซม และการบำรุงรักษาทุกส่วนที่อยู่ในหน้าที่ พร้อมการจดบันทึกไว้ภายในแพลตฟอร์มที่ทางบริษัทได้มอบหมายให้บันทึกการดูแล การซ่อมแซม การปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางทั้งหมดสามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอกในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดีปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารในลักษณะร่วมมือ วางแผน ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานเข้าร่วมการฝึกซ้อมและการเตรียมความพร้อม ด้านการเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินและการรักษาความปลอดภัยในเหตุไม่คาดคิดต่าง ๆปฏิบัติงานตามที่ถูกมอบหมายไว้ได้เป็นอย่างดี
