Through CFM International*, Safran Aircraft Engines is the world's leading supplier of engines for single-aisle mainline commercial jets. * CFM International is a 50/50 joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engines and GE Aerospace **Reference number** 2025-165689 **Job details** **Domain** Production **Job field / Job profile** Mechanics - Mechanical part or subassembly design **Job title** Senior Technician M/F **Employment type** Permanent **Part time / Full time** Full-time **Job description** •Reports to Gate Manager Assembly /Disassembly/inspection of engines /Modules, in accordance with the applicable documents, respecting the safety and quality regulations. •Ensure the good conditions and calibrations of all tools and equipment in the work area. •Follow all the instructions and procedures in accordance with the quality manual. •Reporting significant defects, discrepancies, incidents ,accidents and ambiguities as per established company procedure •Ensure licenses, Authorization privileges are renewed on timely manner as per company and regulatory procedures. •Ensure personal protective equipment, MSDS compliance as per HSE standards and rule. •Maintaining good housekeeping practices to ensure work area is hazard free, safe and pleasant. •Ensure to handle all consumables and chemicals in compliance with MSDS precautions. •Ensure all safety precautions observed while performing engine ground handling and equipment maneuvering. • Maintaining acceptable documentation standards in recording data for certification. •Ensure to provide accurate shift handovers to reporting Inspector or Engineer. **Candidate skills & requirements** Qualification and Experience Required Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years of engine maintenance experience preferably in an engine shop or power plant build up facility. Module removal /Installation/repair/overhaul experience will be an advantage Experience in defect evaluation and disposition. Part 66 AME license on A320 / B737 with LEAP1A/1B will be added advantage. Good knowledge on 5S and engine shop best practices.
