Job Summary

The Quality Associate/Sr Technician impacts the organization by assembly inspection to include dimensional/positional accuracy.

Responsibilities 

Ensures visual accuracy of partsWrites suspect material for review by the Material Review BoardWorks directly with the customer quality engineersSends and follows up on e-mails for material awaiting resolution of an issueensures traceability for major rotating parts as well as accurate recording of serial numbers for International shipmentsInspects material in receiving inspection, validation and recording of accurate part information in SAP

Possesses basic measurement tool usage experienceUnderstands basic blueprintsDemonstrates basic Excel skillsPossesses ability to adapt to different environments; attention to detail
