Senior Technical Support Engineer
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + OptimalPlus is now NI/Emerson. NI/Emerson OptimalPlus Solution is a Big Data analytics software that provides end-to-end solutions enabling automotive, semiconductors and electronics brand owners to protect the product quality and enhance their brand reputation in the market. + Working with a group of highly professional and friendly team members to support our customers who are the global leaders in the development and commercialization of foundational technologies for the wireless industry. + You will collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure customers’ challenges are being resolved responsively. This role is crucial to ensure the success of our customer in the area of gold support level customers for new added in production sites and complex mission-critical operations. + Key Responsibilities as a Technical Support Engineer, you will be expected to contribute to the whole team from your gift of talents, intellect, experience, and enthusiasm, as well as have fun! + You will be responsible for installing, upgrading NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems and performing various integration tasks between NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems and Customer’s systems and network. + You will be responsible for providing IT maintenance and administration for NI/Emerson OptimalPlus hardware and database for the customer production environment. You will be responsible for supporting customer’s technical requests and troubleshoot technical issues in NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems and interface to Customer’s systems **Who You Are:** You are independent, self-driven, customer-oriented with good interpersonal communication skills. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Qualifications Degree in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent + At least 3 years of working experience in system/network trouble shootings + Proficiency in written/verbal English communication Experience and knowledge in semiconductor testing environment **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Knowledge in Windows system administration, Networking/ Security and Database administration (SQL server) is preferred + The candidate must be independent, self-driven, customer-oriented with good interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to travel for the job when necessary **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
