Purpose of Role: This role is pivotal in driving business continuity and growth for Weir Minerals in Egypt. You’ll be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions and support for their operations. With a strong focus on customer success, you’ll help position Weir as the preferred supplier in the region. Key Responsibilities:

Drive business continuity and growth by delivering engineering solutions and technical support to clients.

Establish and manage service contracts, ensuring clients are equipped for uninterrupted operations.

Provide commissioning, process improvement, and de-bottlenecking solutions using Weir’s products and expertise.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, support sales objectives, and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical sales or service engineering within the mining or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of process improvement and equipment commissioning.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
