You'll make a difference by: • Managing Key Client Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities to expand business, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. • Driving Sales Growth: Identify prospects, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets. • Providing Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical advisor during pre- and post-sales phases, tailoring solutions to customer needs. • Leading Business Insights and Market Presence: Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support planning and actively participate in industry events for networking and market intelligence. • Overseeing Project Execution: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. • Monitoring Performance and Risks: Track progress with KPIs, address risks early, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. You'll win us over by: • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. (Registered Electrical Engineer a plus). • Strong Industry Experience: At least 5 years in technical sales, account management, and/or project management in the electrical power industry. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IEC/ANSI standards, substations, switchyards, and electrical equipment. • Strong Commercial Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships, closing deals, and meeting targets. • Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled in presenting solutions, negotiating, and influencing different stakeholders. • Flexibility And Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and internationally as business requires.
