We are seeking a dedicated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on full life-cycle recruitment for IT positions, providing career pathing advice, and developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
ResponsibilitiesConduct full life-cycle recruitment for IT positions, focusing on current member base and recently skilled talent.Advise members and candidates on career pathing and skill/resume development.Collaborate with Account Manager and hiring manager to understand the role and requisition details.Consult with hiring managers on the internal recruiting process and feasibility of hire.Develop and implement recruitment strategies with managers and team members.Ensure hiring aligns with company policy and commitment to diversity and equality.Proactively network across industries to build strong relationships.Partner with hiring managers to obtain leadership approvals and extend offers.Ensure all applicants, data, and processes are entered and tracked in the ATS.Assist in department and companywide projects, including employee surveys, audits, and diversity projects.Develop and maintain recruiting metrics.Ensure recruitment practices follow HR regulatory compliance.Essential SkillsProven IT recruiting/search firm experience of at least 5+ years.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in full cycle technical/IT recruiting.Skills in sourcing and talent acquisition.Ability to take intake calls with hiring managers.Customer service expertise.Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% remote, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
